Beautiful day with my babies!!!

Today was such a gorgeous day. We spent the afternoon outside playing. It was so nice to NOT WORK and just be outside and enjoy my sweet kids! They love each other so much... the way she looks at him.... and the way he looks at her just melts my heart! Praise God for them!!!

Beau meets Anna Banana & Andrew

Anna Blair and Andrew PUBLOW came home this weekend and we got to visit with them. It was the first time that Beau got to meet his Aunt Anna Banana. Beau was due ON her wedding day - who wudda thunk 22 years ago when we were playing strawberry shortcake together that I would be having my 2nd child the day that she was getting married in Seaside, Fl. to a guy from Tennessee. WE love Andrew by the way!! But anywho.... we haven't seen them since the wedding!! Cutest couple Ever. Just look!!

5 months - Beau

Here are a few pics of Beau. He is 5 months old. The sweetest little Boy. Love the pic of Beau and his daddy - they look like twinks in their baseball shirts! It is so easy to make him smile. He is growing fast!!!

Mary Bratton's big day!!

Today was a fun day for Mary Bratton. Her first soccer game. We did not expect much - she is only 3 1/2. She did so great. I am so proud of her. She SCORED TWO GOALS. We are holding up 2 fingers for her big two goals!! I didn't take any pictures during the game because I was jumping and screaming for her. I was so happy for her and so proud of her! I cannot explain how happy I am to see her do well - just so proud of her. She is the sweetest child - I keep looking at her and seeing a little girl instead of my little baby. I find myself just staring at her wondering when she got so big. Bryant and Stacy and TaTa came to cheer her on!
After the game we went to eat at Cherokee and then we went to Brocks Salon to see if they could trim her hair up. I also asked if they could wash it like a big girl! She ate it up - loves to get her hair cut! And those old women in there loved playing with MB and Beau. I told the woman washing her hair to use the good stuff (not the Johnson and Johnson ) Mary Bratton's hair smells like a big girl.

Mary Bratton - Red Day & Carpool

Mary Bratton has started going to PCS (Pinelake Christian School) onTuesday's and Thursdays. It is such an awesome Godly place for MaryBratton to learn and grow. She had to bring something red today for Show and Tell and she brought her red boots that her daddy brought her back from Texas.
Today was the first day that I dropped her off in the car pool line. Mary Bratton was so excited to walk in by herself. I was very sad!!! I got busted by the 'carpool police' (Brandye Boyd) - called me and asked me if I saw that line of momma's behind me. She is going to warn people not to get behind the navy Montero Sport b/c there is a photo shoot going on.
I want to mention that I DO NOT tell Mary Bratton to pose like this. The girl can strike a pose!!

Mary Bratton's first soccer practice

Tonight was Mary Bratton's first soccer practice. Their are 4 boys and 2 girls on her team. She did great! She dribbles so cute and loved to put that ball in the goal. She would run off of the field every time she scored (during each drill) to run over and hug each one of us after she would score. By the time she got back on the field again it was almost her turn again. She would hug me, Tal, Ta Ta and Beau! She was so cute! We had the cutest ball for sure!!! This pic of her kissing Beau and running up to hug us is in the middle of practice. She did this the whole time. It was so sweet.

Tal dropped me and MB off at the field and went to park. When he came strolling up he had Beau strapped into the big boy seat in the stroller - and not the car seat carrier. I could have cried - I'm not ready! Look how big he looks!! He was so happy to be able to see what all was going on!!

Best Date EVER!!!!

My first time in the Grove

We went to the Ole Miss vs. Memphis game this weekend. We had a tent in the grove with Scott & April Kilpatrick and Reece & Jennifer Jones. Anna Grace Kilpatrick (5 years old) came and she and Mary Bratton had a blast together. Ole Miss pulled out a win and we all had so much fun. Mary Bratton wanted to wear her cheerleading outfit and she cheered all day. She watched for the cheerleaders in the Grove and we sat right in front of them at the game and she tried to do what they did. It was so cute!! Little Beau hung in there all day -(all monogrammed up) We passed some man at the game and he said "hey look - there's Beau" - How could he tell his name is Beau??? We spent the night in Watervalley at April and Scott's new house - which is sooo cute by the way. It was a lot of fun!!!
