Welome back Delta

Delta got a hair cut! Delta was our very first baby! but since the kids were born she has lost rank. We have not spent time with her like we should but things have changed. Delta has made it back inside. I know a few of my friends ( Anna Blair, Ashley ) are so glad. I've gotten some grief over the years from my friends since we put Delta outside. Delta got the royal treatment yesterday - and the kids ( and me and Tal ) love having her back inside with us. It was just too much shedding for me to keep up with and I hope it will be better. We got her groomed by the best girl that we have EVER been to. They usually shave her like a lion and it looks terrible but this girl gave her a 'puppy cut' and it is precious. I will give her name to whoever wants it. She used to groom and now does it out of her house and she is wonderful. Delta loved her and so do we!

Mary Bratton said this morning that we need to start spending a lot more time at home with Delta. Welcome back girl!

Tri 4 God

The Tri-athalon for God was today and Tal did it along with a few other of our friends. He did great. We are so proud of him.
Here are some pictures from the race. Unfortunately spandex is very acceptable in this sport - however, I am still not a fan of spandex shorts on anyone. That is a little off of the subject - my main point was to support my man in this very strenuous sport (even though they all wear spandex) - Go Tal Go!!!!!

So proud of you Tal!!!!!!

Tal and his little cheerleader!

This is Tal and our friend Eugene O'Donnell - Eugene is a veteran tri-athlete. He is a machine!
Eugene came in 4th or 5th overall. Very impressive!

Bryant was not giving photo ops today but I caught him in a sweet moment with his daddy!

Little Mary Grace Seago...
I think Beau is just catching on. He smiles so big when he sees her.

Daddy's cheerleaders!

Mary Grace is always patting Beau on the head. Along with hugging him, patting him and loving on him. She is the sweetest thing!

Tal's brother Tommy and his little girl Madeline came to cheer Tal on.
It meant alot to Tal - he didn't know that they were going to be there and he saw them when he was transitioning from swim to bike. Mary Bratton LOVES her cousin Madeline. They play so good together!!!

Bowling again!

Beau started catching on to all of this bowling stuff and was trying to play along!

Beau's first bowl. I sacraficed my very high score :) to let Beau have a turn! He probably did better than I did!

Bowling again! Mary Bratton has so much fun when we go. She loves it. Chad and Camp met us while MK was photographing a wedding. I had to document it all for MK since she wasn't there. Here are just a few pics of Camp's first bowling experience.
If it rolled, Camp tried to pick it up and throw it down the lane... our balls, other people's balls - then he found a basketball, a ball from a pool table. He was hilarious!

Yay Camp! Mary Bratton is in the air!

True heroes

Mary Bratton went to Vacation Bible School this week at Pinelake. I was suppose to be working with the 3rd and 4th grade arts and crafts ( and did work Monday) until the fire happened. The Pre-school ministry still let me bring Beau and Mary Bratton so that I could have childcare this week while I helped Ta Ta get everything back together. Praise the Lord that those sweet women took care of my children. Thank you to Tiffany Fennell for telling me to go and not worry about a thing. And I did go and not worry at all because I knew that my children were in the most Godly place during such a disastrous situation!

The theme of the week was Game Day Central and they learned about Real Heroes!
I came across this sheet of paper from Mary Bratton's week at Vacation Bible School.
This is from a 4 year old little girl

Angel watching over us!

My heart dropped when I saw this.
We were packing up mom's things and this praying angel statue was was standing strong
on mom's patio surrounded by the pieces from her melted balcony.

Fire pictures

This will give you a good idea how close this fire came. This was my mom's balcony.
they had already cleaned up all of the debris when I got there today so it looks ALOT better than it did.
Her balcony is totally melted - this wall to the right is burned and you can see where the fire was on the
building and melting the siding on the outside of one of the bedrooms.

The fire started on the 3rd floor and those units - along with some 2nd floor units are totally gone!
