Does anyone notice anything different?


























She got her ears pierced today!
Mary Bratton has been asking to get her ears pierced. I always told her that she has to wait until she was much older. I don't know why I finally came around but I gave in. I did think that it might add as a little 'distraction' from her scar on her upper lip.
She did great - she was such a big girl. did not cry at all. She is very proud of them. She is also very proud of her 'solution' that we have to put on 3 times a day. she has already brought it to me once.

Mary Bratton wants to give our dog Delta away b/c we just got home and Delta ate her doll.

Mary Bratton says..............

She is not making Delta a card for her birthday. No more doggie sleepovers b/c all she does is escape when she puts her in her room. When she is old enough to drive, she is putting Delta in the trunk and taking her back to the pound. She says "Delta is mean, mean mean."

Sounds like Delta is on Mary Bratton's list!

We are back from our Destin trip. Exhausted !!!! We had alot of fun!

Beau took Cheese Puffs to a whole new level. Over 6 hours in the car with Beau ( or any child) is not easy. So we didn't mind giving him cheese puffs to keep him quiet and occupied. After he had fnished swallowing the ones that he wanted.... he started crunching them, throwing them, and balancing them on his head ( please look closely at his hair) - it really got worse than this and there are some more disgusting pictures that I really don't want to post and gross people out.

Probably the highight of Beau's trip. He loves noise! Coming from his own mouth or anywhere else. He just sat and starred and this nice man and his vacuum.


















I rented High School Musical for Mary Bratton a couple of weeks ago. I didn't know much about it but - NOW... I know everything about it. She thinks she is obsessed. I had to go buy it for her. This is a picture of her from our balcony - she sang into that microphone all day!

Beau doesn't want to sit in his carseat when it is in the car - but it is so much fun he couldn't stay out of it when it is on the floor in the living room.

I should have known better to borrow a tent from David Seago.
Some of you might remember our migit tent from our last beach trip earlier this summer. We borrowed this tent b/c our tent broke - I think everyone felt sorry for us after that huge loss Thursday night. Tal is an MSU grad, I'm an Ole Miss grad and My dad is an LSU grad - it was hard for people to understand how we were all together. HOtty Toddy!

Labor Day weekend - Destin

We took a last minute trip to Destin - booked this 3 days ago. My dad came with us and we are all having so much fun.

My sweet babies!! It makes me so happy to see them playing together. She has loved him since the day he was born. He smiles so big when he sees his sister. This kind of love is hard to describe!!! Thank you God for this precious gift !!!!!!!!!!

We stayed right near the Destin airport so planes fly over every couple of minutes! Beau loves airplanes!!!! just like his daddy!
I did his nursery in airplanes b/c his daddy loves airplanes so much. He is already brainwashed. This kid cannot fly airplanes - too dangerous - he needs to stay on the ground right near his mommy~!!!!
