We went to Mallorie and Greg's this weekend.
Tal ended up helping Greg build their outside play gym.
The guys worked, the kids played, and me and Mal got to chat!

Mallorie threw a goregeous baby shower on Saturday night and had all kinds of
flowers left over so the girls were all playing with them.
Andrew had his drill and pretending to help the guys build the play gym.
He was making sure that all of Beau's screws were in tight.
I was outside on a pretty day last weekend and I told Mary Bratton to join me for a little girls time.
We had a little mani /pedi time and a little girl talk.
I was asking her all kinds of questions about school and her friends.............
then she was like..
"so, momma....... like how have you been when you aren't monogramming and stuff."

This picture means sooooooo much to me........ I'll tell you why!
So... It wasn't exactly the best week! We have been dealing with some senory integration problems with Beau. Our pediatrician wants Beau to go ahead and see some professionals at UMC. He has the most precious spirit, but alot of things with Beau seem very intense! Most of the issues with Beau are with tactile input. When he gives hugs - he turns around to the back or leans over ( no arms involved). When he gives kisses ( please see above photo) - he uses the top of his head instead of his lips. There are other issues besides tactile issues that are hard for him - but i won't get into that. I have been reading alot about it and basically he processes TOUCH differently than we do. It is in fact more intense for him. We will be getting him therapy to help him with these issues.
I want to ask you all to pray for Beau that he will respond to these treatments so that his little body will feel the same things that we all feel.

Mary Bratton was begging me to have a friend over today so I asked Stacy if I could come get Bryant.
I got there and asked her if I could get Mary Grace too. It was such much fun having them both with us.

Bryant has been playing alot of baseball lately but i guess i didn't realize how good he has gotten until he knocked the ball over our house. We had to change pitching directions at that point!
I need to go ahead and get him to autograph that baseball!
