Heatwave Classic

We went on Saturday ( bright and early) to the Heatwave Classic to cheer on our friends!

Mary Bratton - swim team

I am so proud of Mary Bratton. We were encouraged to sign up for swim team this year by a friend.
Bryant had been doing swim team and is really good and STacy really encouraged us to do it. Mary Bratton has not been a strong swimmer in the past and Stacy said that this would make her a strong swimmer! She has only been in swim team lessons a week and she LOVES it. I mean really , really loves it!
She got out there tonight and swam in a real swim meet at the Jackson Yacht Club when she couldn't even swim the whole length of the pool 5 days ago. I'm more proud of her than she will ever know!!!!!! I'm proud of her for getting out there and trying and swimming her little heart out - no matter what place she would finish! She was just thrilled to be there and SHE DID IT!!!!

We could not be more proud of her! She LOVES swimming and is so proud of herself for being on the swim team!
