We had the best day today!!!
Mary Bratton has been wanting a kite and she finally got one for her birthday! She also asked me about a picnic basket about 2 weeks ago and one of her classmates actually gave her a picnic basket as a birthday gift. So with a picnic basket and a kite and a beautiful day ... we decided to go on a picnic today. It was a gorgeous day and one of those perfect days that you could never plan for!!
I made sandwiches and told Mary Bratton to go get her picnic basket and she brought it in the kitchen and told me that she didnt' think that there was room for the sandwiches b/c she had already packed a picnic blanket. I still don't know how she got that quilt stuffed into that picnic basket.
