My flower girl

Here is my sweet flower girl. She has been so excited about this for months!! We bribed her early so she was ready! I knew she would do great at the wedding - and she did...(She did wave to me while she was walking down the isle... but it was really cute) Anyway - I just wanted to make it those hours before the wedding without getting something on the dress or ripping the dress! That was the tough part!! She looked beautiful!! Sarah gave her the sweet bracelet that she is wearing at the rehearsal dinner for her to wear at the wedding. So sweet!!























Sarah and Alice had the florist make a barrett with fresh flowers. By the time we got home she had danced all of the petals off. She was throwing some moves on the dance floor!




















The dress was so sweet! No rips or stains.. yay!!

Snuck a picture in the church when Emmie Lou was arranging the girls. Notice Mary Bratton down front. Sarah's sister Bonnye is to Sarah's right. Mary Bratton followed her around a lot of the weekend!!










A perfect mother of the bride, Alice Spaulding. She looks so sweet! Anybody that knows her is laughing at this!! She wore a veil to the rehearsal and told Charles she was the stand in bride. That is the only time that I saw him nervous the entire weekend. WE love Alice!!!

Look how gorgeous she is!!!! Sarah and Charles got married on Saturday. Mary Bratton was a flower girl and it was a fun, fun weekend from start to finish. I worked with Sarah at Mississippi Magazine when she met Charles so I got the play by play from the beginning on these two. They are so awesome together! Love them both!

Beau 6 1/2 months

A very happy Halloween!!

My sweet babies on Halloween! It makes me so happy seeing them play together. They love each other so much! Beau just smiles and laughs at Mary Bratton - and he is the first person she wants to see when she wakes up - she doesn't want to be without him! MB's teachers went around the room and asked the kids what they were thankful for... they told me that Mary Bratton said 'my baby brother.' For a momma - there is nothing sweeter in the world for me to hear! Thank you God for giving me these children!





















Ta Ta used to always make signs for our first EVERYTHING! I hated it! I would run out the door to keep from having to take a picture with a sign. (For example - Renee's first day of her senior year) - How embarassing!!! But now it is my turn to embarass my kids! Happy First Halloween Beau Beau !!

Ugly tongue cake

Here is the ugliest birthday cake EVER!
I loved it!! Sha asked them to make a Halloween/Birthday cake that said 'HAPPY NEA-DAY". Jeremy picked it up and saw THIS. It took us 1/2 hour to figure out what it was. We think it is dracula teeth with red blood icing and we are all hoping that it is a tongue (please be a tongue!!!) with a spider on it!!?? Under all of that tongue and blood, it was a cookie cake!! Loved my ugly cake!!


Bryant and Mary Bratton helped me blow out the candle and then fought over who got to lick the icing off of it.

Trick or treating....

We brought the Bumbo and put it in the wagon for Go Lion to be able to sit up!! Definitely a good move!

My little punkins.............

We decided on a happy face for our pumpkin! We wanted him to have the biggest smile in the neighborhood - he is going to shine, shine, shine!!!! Mary Bratton didn't want to touch the gook. We tried to make it fun - but no gookin' for her! Ta ta is baking pumpkin seeds tomorrow. They are so good!! We are getting ready for trick or treating tomorrow night. The forecast says rain tomorrow but Mary Bratton and I have decided that we are trick or treating no matter what! I say that now....... but we'll see!
