To the Egg Bowl in Oxford

We left late yesterday and headed to Oxford! We had been promising Mary Bratton that we would take her to a game!
The Egg Bowl is always bitter sweet in our house since I went to Ole Miss and Tal went to Mississippi State!
We had a great day! Beau was great at the game. Mary Bratton was smiling all day long!
























I didn't catch Tal smiling much during the game ( Ole Miss 45- MSU 0)
you never know how next year will turn out so you can't ever rub it in or boast in any way b/c you will get it back the next year.
Even though it was a painful game for him to watch - he said he was happy seeing Mary Bratton enjoying it so much!

it would be better if the lollypop wasn't pictured ---- BUT---
it was an important part of our day and had a big part of getting us to the 4th quarter - so i don't mind the lollypop having it's own post!

Mary Bratton met the sweetest Ole Miss cheerleader named Megan.
She pulled MaryBratton out in the pre-game show and let her cheer with her.
Mary Bratton says this was her favorite part about the weekend!

We saw Megan from our seats and walked down to see her.
She saw Mary Bratton and waved from the sidelines! so sweet!

here is Mary Bratton after her first REAL Hotty Toddy.
She has been to games when she was younger but she didn't get the whole jist of it.
This Hotty Toddy was ALL around her and she looked so surprised when everyone started cheering the Hotty Toddy loud and proud!
I was proud to see her face !
